Not HPCA 2011

Did you want the HPCA 2011 web page? This was never really it. It was just a copy for when then main website went down. Can you believe that? It went down right before the submissions deadline. That was so awesome. They scheduled maintenance on the electrical system for UPC for like a week and there was nothing we could do. So we set this up. Hey, you wanna be General Chair for a conference? Then there's something wrong with you. Get help! Psychiatric help! Yeah, we should get rid of the DNS entry for hpca17.cs.utsa.edu, but if we did that then you'd get a 404 instead of this helpful message.
